flying poem: profit_greed & m e d i o c r i t y
by claudia raddatz

in homage to all those children who work in this world from a very early age, who with their earnings cannot even afford the shoelace of the expensive sport shoes they produce ... children who work day after day until one day become adults with nothing else in this world but sad memories of exploitation and despair.

i can't stay unmoved when i know we share this planet with children who at 11 years of age work 12 hours a day for 20 cents of an amerikan dollar and who only receive one cup of boiled rice which is shared with a younger girl sibling, who is been waiting all day for her tiny share of food !!!

… i aroha nui (MAORI for i love) all people who has only known suffering in this world, and this is the VAST MAJORITY of people that have ever been born on this planet, at least for the past HORRIBLE 500 years of european domination of OUR EARTH ...

i have heard people saying IT IS THEIR KARMA, well, i also believe in karma, but this doesn't mean i cannot be a compassionate person ... it is easy to believe one is good when one's life has been comfortable and easy …

i just would like the same opportunities to be shared by all human beings, i would love for all people to be able to grow as big as their potential could take them ... this is a dream, but I know deep down, this should be the norm!

sweat

frantic crashing

and ache!
